Construction Management Officer

Job Description
Responsible for monitoring the status and completion of project common areas, from the start of construction, turnover, until completion of the defects liability period/ warranty. They will also collaborate with the Project Enterprise Team (PET) on design issues/ learnings gathered from projects.Duties include coordinating with the PET, construction management, contractors, and APMC to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and on-time completion of the project, based on commitment to buyers.Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or BS Architecture
- More than 3 years up to 5 years of experience in the related field
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- High competency in MS Office Application
- Knowledgeable in real estate operations
- Knowledgeable in property management/operations
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting and finance
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
