Requirements

Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) degree in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in the Southeast Asia. (Experience in LNG and oil & gas is mandatory)
Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major LNG & oil/gas projects
An advanced degree in construction management is highly desirable.
Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects.
Requires specific knowledge in coordinating contract packages, constructability review, site plan management, tracking construction progress. (Specifically, experience in management of construction interfaces and coordination of construction activities with Marine Contractor/Construction Manager will be required.)
Must have experience of planning for the whole construction process from inception through to completion and to be able to create programmes that are underpinned by a basis of programme narrative.
Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience

Location: Ubi/ Jurong Port
Salary: $10,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
This is a 2-year contract role.
