Job Description

• Position : Construction Manager/Site Manager (A1 Main Con/ Building Project) - Up to $7500 + Bonus
• Location : Office at Changi
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7500 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth running of site operations
• Monitor work progress at sites
• Attend to all logistical matters
• Site management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project
• Manage and monitor subcontractors\' work progress
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with, schedule to complete on time

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6-8 years of working experience in building works projects
• Independent with good communication skills
• A team player with positive working attitude
• Billingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Stakeholders
