Job Requirements:





Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution At least 5 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural and architectural works Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements Good in contract administration and management Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities' regulations Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative

Planning and follow up action with reference to the master schedule, ensuring smooth daily operations. Develop, compile and deliver site progress reports Conducting sites Inspection and reviews at site on safety compliance and regulations Ensuring project are successfully completed within budget, on time and in accordance with the contract requirements. To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards
