Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the day to day operations of project, coordinating activities with other subcontractors.
Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an ageed program of deadlines.
Attend regular meeting with owner/client/contractors/subcon and ensure the progress is on schedule.
Resolve site issue and manage risks effectively.
Supervise and guide site workers and subcon.
Regular inspection of construction sites to ensure compliance with health,safety,and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Prepare and submit claim.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture/Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety standards.
* At least 5 years of experience in the related field is required.
