Responsible for project management of assigned projects to deliver quality products and services on time within budget and with risk management in place. Scheduling of projects documentation including preparation of site organization chart, site layout, programme chart. Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities. Good understanding of Authority submissions and approval. Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for seamless project progress. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in construction field. * Any other ad hoc duties assigned
