Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and design plans.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and others to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Inspect work quality, enforce compliance with design specifications, and address any issues or discrepancies on-site.
Ensure all work follows safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Manage and document site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce allocation.
Conduct regular site meetings to provide updates and resolve any challenges affecting the project timeline.
Assist in material procurement, site logistics, and workforce planning to optimize project efficiency.
Liaise with clients and Project Manager to address site-related concerns and provide technical solutions as needed.
Ensure timely handover of completed projects by coordinating final inspections and addressing snag lists.
Requirements
A minimum
3 years
of experience in
site supervision for interior design, construction, or fit-out projects
.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, MEP layouts, and technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage vendors/contractors and coordinate with project manager.
Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
