Ability in leading of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule.
Manage subcontractors' activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.
Supervise daily site activities.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development
Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point etc.
