Key Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
Lead multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations
Resolve scope, variation, and retention issues with assertiveness and professionalism
Chair progress meetings and provide clear, structured reporting to senior leadership
