As a Consultant (Human Capital), your key responsibilities include:

managing assigned clients or projects to deliver quality deliverables, in a seamless experience for our clients,
providing support in review of strategy, internal processes, policies, and practices to improve overall workflow effectiveness, and
being a key contributor in developing a high-performance work culture that empowers team members to deliver day-to-day operations; and to meet short and long-term objectives.

To apply for this position, you should:

understand management strategies and be able to analyse, plan and execute them effectively,
possess a mature personality with excellent spoken and written communication skills,
enjoy working with people and be able to confidently relate to business owners on business challenges and support them with good business advice,
previous relevant experience, locally or overseas, would be advantageous, and
graduates with strong theoretical foundation in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology and Organisational Behaviour would be preferred.
