Based in Singapore, it will lead the build-out of our Workforce Consulting practice across the APAC region. The role will be responsible for both the leadership and growth or the business, leveraging our existing global and regional client relationships whilst simultaneously to building and attracting new business. You will work with our clients to engage, advise and enable them to attract, retain and develop their future workforce in a world in which the pace of change is accelerating. Providing knowledge and advice on current and innovative workforce practices, how to structure, how to understand future skills required and how to embed cultures with effective leadership and change management.
