What the role is:We are looking for a Consultant/ Senior Consultant to be part of a team who provides consultancy services for Public Service organisations.What you will be working on:

• Advise clients to design and implement organisational-level interventions on change management, transformation, organisation development, employee engagement, and leadership team development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise, design and facilitate interventions (e.g. diagnostics, discussions, learning experiences) for leadership teams, intact teams, and organisations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strong relationships with practitioners and leaders to be their trusted partner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be responsible for client relationship management and project management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Synthesise and codify learning from consultancy experiences and practice research to share insights and progressive practices via capability building initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be plugged into the changing needs and priorities of the Public Service to provide thoughtful perspectives to facilitate the design of interventions to build high performing and healthy organisations.

What we are looking for:

• Possess at least 3 to 5 years working experience in organisation-level initiatives on change, employee engagement, and organisation development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the Public Service and in organisation consulting firms would be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate comfort and confidence working with senior leaders and a broad range of stakeholder groups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with knowledge, frameworks and tools on change and transformation, organisation development, systems dynamics, and group dynamics. \xe2\x80\xa2 High self-awareness and situational awareness, with a strong learning orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sense of initiative and drive for excellence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organisation skills, meticulous and ability to multi-task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work collaboratively internally and externally.
