Job Duties:
Act as Consultant's project manager and oversee demolition project and contractor.
Report to consultant and HDB
Oversee and ensure quality, timeliness and safety of contractor's work.
Lead Resident Technical Officer in supervision of the project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities requirements.
Based at site near Depot Road
5.5 days week
15 month contract, client option for extension, commencement around January 2026
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Science / Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;
Knowledge / certification in the folllowing will be beneficial:
Microsoft Project
Construction Safety Course for Project Manager
* Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel
