Job Description

Consultant Site Project Manager shall assist the Consultants on day to day operations.

• Evaluate and monitor of project programme, work progress and cost.

• Leading site supervisor/RTO in supervision and site management work, including keeping proper and accurate record.

• Manage contractor on the site works.

• Monitor performance of environmental control measures, earth control measures, site safety measures, housekeeping on-site and initiate preventive/corrective actions.

• Establish quality management, safety and risk management, time management, cost planning and management system for the demolition activities.

• To identify the site problem and to liaise/coordinate with all Contractors, Consultants and HDB (including the chairing of regular meetings) to ensure timely resolution of all site problems.

• Conduct on-site joint verification of Contractor's progress payment with the relevant consultants.

• Inspect completed works and arrange with HDB and external parties on handing over of completed works, including but not limited to collation of documents required for handing over.

• Assist in investigating and liaising with the public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

• Ensure timely submission of reports, processing of progress claims, claims for Extension of Time and other submissions from the Contractor.

• Respond to all emergency matters, such as fire and accidents at the site during or off working hours.

• Able to start work within short notice
• Contract duration: There are two phases for the project. Overall duration is arround 15 - 16 months. The successful candidate will be engaged for both phases.
• Commencement Date: Mid September/October 2022

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Building Science/Project Management/Construction Management recognised by respective Professional Bodies in Singapore or BCA.
• Preferably possess "Construction Safety Course for Project Manager" and "Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel".
• Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years.
