As a Transaction Banking consultant, your primary objective is to provide Synpulse's clients with quality service to their projects. They will mainly focus on transformation. Depending on the project, As a Transaction Banking consultant, your primary objective is to provide Synpulse's clients with quality service to their projects. They will mainly focus on transformation. Depending on the project, you will work with various bank departments, from front office to middle and back offices, to support functions. You will: Drive the success of client projects as part of a team of consultants (or as a team lead), performing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission. Further build up Synpulse's Corporate and Investment Banking practice with key contributions to Transaction Banking business and topic development, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership. Leverage on industry and operational experience to act as a client advisor and build trusted client relationships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organizations. Identify project opportunities, articulate Synpulse value, and facilitate sales and contract negotiations for new and existing clients. Requirements: Degree in Management or Engineering with strong Business Process affinity/background. At least 2 years of experience in Corporate / Business / Commercial / Wholesale Banking. Experience and knowledge in transaction banking - at least one of the following areas: Cash Management, Treasury Products, Loans, Working Capital Finance, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance. Good understanding of CB and BB business segments, client types and product offerings. Good understanding of the relevant regulatory environment and ongoing developments. Highly analytical and structured in problem solving able to quickly understand complex situations. Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders. Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Proven ability to perform under a high pressure in a dynamic environment. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Management or Consulting experience is a plus.
