Job Description

• 
  Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm, currently hiring an IT consultant who can perform as a Project Manager and support MAS reporting (treasury transaction reporting to MAS) enhancement with his/her strong project management skill and responsibility to ensure overall deliverables high quality.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  
  • Supporting for Program Management Office of the Japanese Bank IT department.
  • Recommending and establishing improvements detected in the course of program management implementation.
  • Remedying inconsistencies in templates, communication channels, escalation criteria, etc. between Projects.
  • Making recommendations for improvements to Project management rules and processes based on best practices and past cases.
  • Monitoring the status of response to recommendations for improvement, and making additional recommendations and concrete actions as needed.
  • Conducting necessary actions to do the program management.
  • Compiling reports from subordinate Projects to provide timely visibility of program status.
  • Preparing drafts of reporting/settlement materials and finalizing/distributing them after reviewing by appropriate reviewers.
  • Preparing discussion materials and providing facilitation and advice when issues/risks arise across Projects
  • Any other related actions.

• Requirement

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of PMO experience for IT project.
  • Experience in the banking/finance sector.
  • Proficient in Japanese(JLPT N1) to liaise with Japanese clients.

  9:00 ~ 18:00
