Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operations/writing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Manage the Kanban project pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to standard.
Ensure quality and compliance in ESG submissions, consultative reports, research deliverables, and CCP proposals.
Serve as the point of contact for client communications and inputs.
Establish best practices for efficiency, consistency, and quality across all projects.
Continuously improve internal processes to support scaling and delivery excellence.
Requirements
Experience as an
Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
in consulting, grants advisory, or professional services.
Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience managing deliverables-driven teams.
Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality.
Familiarity with
Enterprise Singapore grants (EDG, CCP, etc.)
will be highly valued.
Based in Singapore (preferred).
