Consumer Experience & Engagement Lead, International Personal CareThe role is responsible to drive purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition, use 0PD/1PD to unlock more business impact. You will partner with markets to build new capabilities in Consumer Experience Roadmap, Consumer Engagement Enhancement, 0PD/1PD Acquisition and Utilization, as well as Channel Performance Reporting & Analysis. You will also develop talent and build a strong regional team internally within KC and externally with agency partners. In addition to this you will strengthen our 0PD/1PD collection and utilization, analysis and self-service capabilities through partnership with DTS, external agencies and bringing the outside in, always staying at the cutting edge of possibilities.Key Responsibilities
