Contact Center Application Analyst (US Day Shift)
:
The Application Analyst is responsible for providing resolution to our customer issues that come in via phone call or email that cannot be resolved on the first pass.
Responsibilities:
Identifying Issue Trends: The Application Analyst is the first person to identify an issue once it's been validated as a true issue . They are responsible for troubleshooting if an issue is a reoccurring issue or an isolated issue.
Working interdepartmentally: Depending on the type of issue, the Application Analyst may need to work with EDI on file transmission, configuration consultants, Account Managers, to help resolve reported issues.
Problem Solving : The Application Analyst should be able to analyze issues accurately to create a logical and effective course of action for issue resolution.
Communication : The Application Analyst should be able to effectively communicate root cause analysis to appropriate audience whether it be internally or with a client.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple cases at one time
Team player with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skill
Great organizational skills and detail oriented
