Our client is a seasoned provider of integrated building services, engineering solutions, and energy management.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Response incoming calls and respond to customer\xe2\x80\x99s emails
  • Handle customers\' complaints and feedback with a good closure
  • Ensure timely resolution by following up on cases.
Requirements:
  • GCE O Level and above
  • At least 2 years of experience in Contact Centre environment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
