Job Description

The project's main focus is the creation of 12,250 Sparrow agents to support the sourcing needs of the Event Content team.
Analysts will first undergo a training on Sparrow to understand its capabilities and features for a few weeks, then they will also undergo a brief overview of the content/markets. After 2 weeks of training, they will be deployed to create Sparrow agents.
Summary of tasks and skills:

• Complete required trainings on Sparrow
• Source company websites and understand different sections in it and its purpose
• Understand basic programming language
• Pass quality checks of Sparrow agents submitted/created, complete assigned company URLs with very little to no rework required.
• Understand deadlines and strict delivery of required no. of agents within timelines specified
• Understand errors and report specific issues to content team as well as with Sparrow team
• Resourcefulness
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork and can-do attitude
