Job Scope Manage The Shirt Bar's content portfolio comprising content marketing, website content, social media content, emails, articles and community management. Produce content for all channels, including social media for brand awareness, new product launches and promotions to engage the audience. Developing creative concepts and content for the various marketing channels Writing original, fresh content that is valuable to our target audience Creating concise, eye-catching, and creative headlines and body copy Develop visual content - infographics, posters, videos Develop content that is innovative and original Producing a consistent brand message in the content across all channels, including physical stores, website and social media. Keeping up to date and tracking any new changes and trends on social media platforms. Be familiar with the latest social media (metaverse), google ads, youtube, etc best practices and tools. Any other ad-hocs as assigned. Job Requirement At least 3 years of experience specifically in content conceptualisation, writing and design. Proficient at storyboarding, scripting & conception. High creativity with good photography, videography and editing skills. Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and creating content for the following platform: Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Experienced in content development and copywriting (including image & video editing). Background in social media marketing (including content marketing and paid social advertising across key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels) is a plus. Experience in content scheduling/publishing, community management and paid advertisements is a plus Interest in fashion is a plus Impeccable written English Strong planning & project management skills Able to multi-tasks and take on a few projects simultaneously Self-starter who takes initiative and energetic Able to work within a team and independently Confident, independent thinker that requires little supervision.
