MoneyMax THE ROLE Do you love writing and editing content that educates, inspires, and engages? Are you experienced and skilled in producing digital content? We want to work with you! The Philippines' largest personal finance platform is looking for a Content Editor to join our Editorial team. Here, you will enrich our users' experience through high-quality articles and all forms of multimedia content on personal finance. Reporting to the Head of Editorial Content, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our business, as quality content is a core element of our brand promise. Interested? • Supervise a team of freelance writers: assign articles, edit their work, and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure our content meets the company's editorial, SEO, and brand guidelines
• Write high-quality personal finance articles that appeal to our audience, attract customers, and boost brand awareness
• Publish content using our CMS platform
• Identify customers' needs and gaps in our articles and recommend new content ideas accordingly
• Collaborate with graphic designers for image assets to be used in articles
• Track, analyze, and report data to improve content performance
• Support occasional marketing, SEO, and PR initiatives

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a web content writer, preferably in the personal finance niche
• Content editing and proofreading experience
• Hands-on experience with content management systems
• Strong understanding of digital content best practices
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Interest in personal finance topics and prior experience as journalist preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and have an eye for detail
• Self-motivated and not afraid to learn and try new things
