Job Description


ROLE OBJECTIVE Takeda is seeking a Content Excellence Lead to provide a key focus on driving internal competence for GEM Content Excellence in close collaboration with DD&T teams, brand leads in GEM HQ and LOCs; drive alignment within GEM and connect & align with stakeholders across organization. The role holder will be expected to demonstrate value in driving Content Excellence transformation.

Key accountabilities Change Management

  • Drives transformation of Content Execellence throughout organization with a clear narrative and storyline, supported by a comprehensive communication plan
  • Support LOCs in the Change Management initiatives

Capability Integration
  • Works with LOCs to leverage content excellence capability synergies
  • Ensures that effective change management principles are applied
  • Identifies new and emerging opportunities by synthesizing internal and external stakeholders

Training
  • In collaboration with the Content Excellence Working Groups, GEM and LOCs, coordinates and establishes upskilling plans / roadmaps
  • Develops feedback loops to measure the impact and satisfaction of upskilling plans
  • Leverage new Learning management platform, Bloom for all capability building.
  • Encourage GEM users to embrace a new ways of working

Capability Integration
  • Works with LOCs to leverage content excellence capability synergies
  • Ensures that effective change management principles are applied
  • Identifies new and emerging opportunities by synthesizing internal and external stakeholders

Project Manager:
  • Liaise with Cross Functional Program Manager and represent GEM as Context Excellence Lead in relevant meetings as needed
  • Coordinate/facilitate core team discussions and collect feedback
  • Document discussions, decisions, and current initiatives and maintain project documentation
  • Create a roadmap for GEM content excellence, translating from initial work packages (DT work output) - Incl. pilots, rollout, with clear timelines, roles and responsibilities and dependencies
  • Ensure actions / follow up points from the Cross Functional project are tracked and progressing
  • Liaise with the workstream leads to ensure adherence to project deliverables and timelines

SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES Experience and Education
  • Mature leader with breadth of experience across commercial and technology accountabilities
  • Track record in leading successful transformation activities for OCE, CRM and Content Excellence solutions
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
