The Position As the Sales Excellence lead, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of sales training strategies aligned with commercial priorities. You are to deliver internal sales training activities, including periodic refresher training, and measuring impact of such activities. You are also expected to collaborate cross-functionally within the organisation (global, region and affiliates) to coordinate resources to ensure that the programs have the necessary support to succeed. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for delivering to the APAC affiliate stakeholders, including regional stakeholders. The expected impact from your role includes supporting the elevation of the APAC sales teams\xe2\x80\x99 competency levels, and creating alignment with other regions and global counterparts on the Roche Sales training strategy to ensure a clear and easy to follow development path for our Sales teams.
