Apac Sales Excellence Lead

Job Description



The Position As the Sales Excellence lead, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of sales training strategies aligned with commercial priorities. You are to deliver internal sales training activities, including periodic refresher training, and measuring impact of such activities. You are also expected to collaborate cross-functionally within the organisation (global, region and affiliates) to coordinate resources to ensure that the programs have the necessary support to succeed. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for delivering to the APAC affiliate stakeholders, including regional stakeholders. The expected impact from your role includes supporting the elevation of the APAC sales teams\xe2\x80\x99 competency levels, and creating alignment with other regions and global counterparts on the Roche Sales training strategy to ensure a clear and easy to follow development path for our Sales teams. The core job responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with affiliate, regional and global teams to establish regional sales training priorities.
  • Build and manage a best in class, comprehensive sales learning path based on affiliate and global needs.
  • Work closely with global, regional and affiliates to identify and share best practices in training content and delivery.
  • Implementation of sales tools/programs as part of the learning path (including Miller Heiman Blue/Gold sheet and Professional Sales Coaching).
  • Supporting the roll out of Rexis in collaboration with other functions.
  • Participate/conduct training for sales teams where appropriate.
  • Navigate organisational matrix in a collaborative, supportive, and effective manner.
  • Manage chapter budget in line with planned activities, searching for ways to use resources in the most efficient way possible.
  • Support and coach the Miller Heiman Client Facilitator Community across APAC and coordinate additional certifications required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field;
  • Minimum 5 years in the APAC region or in a major healthcare/diagnostics/pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for Commercial Excellence, and/or Salesforce Effectiveness is preferred;
  • Sales background highly desirable;
  • Understanding of the healthcare systems within the APAC region is an advantage
Skills/Capabilities:
  • Ability to influence and with an ability to work across cultures, geographic, and hierarchical boundaries is preferred;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Consistently and proactively seeks out new ideas, opinions and feedback from others;
