Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and actively create various research reports, market studies, and articles based on the observation of real estate statistics trends- Drive thought leadership and content development, showcasing real estate insights from key company executives.
- Provide support to the Marketing and Communications team in video creating & editing
- Take initiatives to raise the profile of the company and its staff.
- Create content that will equip real estate agents with fresh insights to share with their clients.
- Build and expand company\xe2\x80\x99s research capabilities.
- Help to develop and grow the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence on social media
- Create impactful research materials that help agents to understand the property market better so as to drive sales
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Journalism or its other equivalent.- Experience in interpreting property market data.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, whilst maintaining strong quality of work and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
