Responsibilities:
Analyze data and actively create various research reports, market studies, and articles based on the observation of real estate statistics trends- Establish, review, and manage database of real estate statistics that are relevant to various business lines.
- Prepare research-related news releases, media queries, and presentation materials.
- Perform ad-hoc data-related tasks as and when required
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Journalism or its other equivalent.- Experience in interpreting property market data.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, whilst maintaining strong quality of work and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
