Ensure that all continuity and recovery exercises are planned, scheduled, executed and completed, as per head office and regulatory requirements
Publish and communicate continuity updates and exercise results to stakeholders
Set up a periodic review of various documentation, such as IT Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Application Impact Analyses, and Business Impact Analyses
Assess business recovery plans against cyber blackout scenarios for vital business & IT activities and processes
Work closely with production and development teams to define backup strategies for critical assets
Act as point of contact of other group entities managing continuity
Contribute to the elaboration and follow up of the continuity risk acceptance forms
Identify opportunities for improvement and for mitigation of business interruptions and other risks
Obsolescence responsibilities
Responsible for obsolescence management within WM and point of contact for other entities.
Build and strengthen processes by creating automation and increasing efficiency.
Represent WM in various regional steering committees with other entities.
Chair Steering committees and periodic meetings with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Collect the remediation plans and be data-centric, create/maintain dashboards to analyze and publish the data.
Assist and guide team members on their daily activities.
Organize training sessions to familiarize WM users on obsolescence topics.
Skills - Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or computer engineering.
7+ years overall experience as IT Professional.
3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Production
Experience in similar position.
