Job Summary:

• Penjuru (Company Transport Provided)
• 8.30AM to 6.00PM (Mon - Fri)
• Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing vendor contracts.
• Providing administrative support to the project proposals team.
• Negotiating and drafting contracts to maximize profitability, minimize risk, and close deals efficiently.
• Conducting cost and price analysis and negotiating cost/pricing terms.
• Acting as the primary point of contact, liaising with customers and subcontractors.
• Managing subcontract and procurement documentation.
• Preparing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for projects.
• Handling contract matters related to warranty issues.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirement(s)

• Bachelor's degree in legals studies, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic contracts or commercial law knowledge.
• Commercially orientated with a focus on meeting the company's goals.
• Have basic financial accounting knowledge.
