We are looking for contract admin & customer service office to be outsourced to our clients.
Extendable! (3 months Contract to PERM / or 3 months)
Working hours (5.5 days):
Mon / Tues / Thurs / Fri = 8.30am - 5.30pm
Wed = 8.30am - 4.30pm
Sat = 8.30am - 12.30pm
Duties:
- Provide immediate response to client\'s enquiries and concerns over the phone
- Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
- Enters patient information and orders laboratory tests completely and accurately
- Recognizes and corrects inaccurate or missing information
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Min N/O/A Lvl
- Able to commit to the working hrs
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel/Word
