We are looking for contract customer service officers to be outsourced to our clients.
- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Attend to patients\' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
- Min NO level
- Able to commit for 3-6 months
- Prior Healthcare / customer service exp preferred but no experience WELCOME (training provided)
- Passion to SERVE the community
