Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in development and maintenance of financial and asset models to analyse and report on the financial and operating performance of the portfolio (at both the property and portfolio level) as well as prepare management reports on the properties.
- Consolidate budgets and forecasts.
- Collate data and conduct research and analysis on retail trends, catchment and property markets and prepare reports.
- Assist in formulation and implementation of initiatives and support ad-hoc projects through working closely with various stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest changes or improvements to existing business process and procedures.
- Facilitate risk assessment, evaluation and reporting through working closely with various stakeholders.
- 2 Years Contract
- Tanjong Pagar
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Up to $5,500
- Degree / Diploma in Business, Estate Management or equivalent
- 2-3 years of work experience preferred
- Fresh graduates in related field of study are also welcomed
- Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
