Contract Manager ($5000 $8000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$8K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Quantity Surveyors on all contractual matters
- Manage the financial and contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post-tender including quantities, variations, measurement, tender costing, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc.
- Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and sub-contractors on issues relating to progress payments, variations, claims and extension of time.
- Attend site visits, negotiations and project site meetings on ongoing projects.
- Taking off of quantities for earthwork and demolition work and civil engineering work
- To prepare & submit progress claim to clients and update progress claim report monthly
- Maintain proper inventory control
- To handle other assigned duties as required
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- AutoCad knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
