We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Contract Manager, Legal. The Contracts Manager, Legal, who reports to Group Networks Procurement (GNP) & Group Legal, will collaborate closely with Procurement Managers and internal stakeholders from various Singtel business units. The primary responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of contracts.

Make an Impact by

• Drafting and reviewing a wide variety of contracts including statement of works (SOW), licence agreement, letter agreements, master supply agreement (MSA) and inter-operator agreements, among others, while ensuring compliance with Singtel contract policy.
• Advising internal stakeholders on implications of contractual terms and how these apply for each purchase.
• Leading or supporting contractual negotiations with suppliers, building owners, and mobile telecommunication operators.
• Working with other internal stakeholders (legal, risk and finance) to ensure internal policies and corporate governance is strictly adhered to. Where required, support the drafting and clearance of deviation papers and MC papers.
• Providing regular tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed.
• Driving user experience improvement initiatives related to the contracting process.
• Keeping abreast with the relevant legislations eg, Code of Practice for Info-communication Facilities in Buildings (COPIF), PDPA, Cybersecurity Act and the Telecommunications Act (Cap 323).

Skills for Success

• Recognized degree in Law
• 3 to 5 years\' PQE gained as in-house lawyer or with a reputable commercial law firm
• Experience in international commercial contracting matters
• Strong legal / contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail and sound knowledge of general corporate and contract law
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Must be able to work independently and closely with in-house legal.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and to meet critical deadlines
