ExxonMobil in Singapore

ExxonMobil is one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. What you will do

• Procurement of Packaging related goods and services in cost effective and maximizes value for the business
• Develop and maintain portfolio of agreements within Industrial Chemical and Lubes Packaging category
• Proactive response to market changes to sustain competitive advantage for the Business
• Managing Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) process \xe2\x80\x93 including use of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system and GEP system
• Work closely with Business Units to explore contracting opportunities / needs
• Support Senior Category Manager in development and implementation of Category strategy and commercial guidance
• Monitor KPIs on selected agreements or vendors as well as selected operational processes
• Ensure focus on transactional efficiency

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of business experience with minimum 5 years of procurement related experience, especially in the area of Manufacturing Packaging (chemical and Lubes pack product)
• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or Business
• Experience in developing and maintaining portfolio of agreements within Industrial Chemical and Lubes Packaging category
• Ability to proactive response to market changes to sustain competitive advantage for the Business
• Language proficiency (read, write): English, Mandarin
• Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) process \xe2\x80\x93 including use of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system and GEP system
• Demonstrate the ability to identify new opportunities, challenge \xe2\x80\x9cstatus quo\xe2\x80\x9d and drive changes
• Identify new suppliers that are competent to supply and support business line with the right cost, material and framework, and work collaboratively with Business Partners and Engineering to qualify them for both local and overseas (regional/global) operations & projects.
