Responsibilities

: " Oversee contracts from drafting to execution, create standard template of contract documents Perform or vet submissions by Quantity Surveyors, external consultants on contract administration matters, such as assessing contractors claims for progress claim, variation works, extension of time, cash flow report, final account and handling of contractual disputes Verify all contractual correspondences related to the project Check the Letter of Award (LOA) issued by Quantity Surveyors, to ensure the LOA issued comply with legal requirements Responsible in payment certificate checking Provide support and advice to Quantity Surveyors on negotiation of pricing, contract terms and closing account In charge of project insurance and performance bond application (both bank and insurance part) Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team Track and monitor projects progress claim status and chase for payments where necessary Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferred with PUB experience. Required Skill(s): Contracts Knowledge, QS knowledge Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
