12 months Contract- Name Screening Officer
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Foster a positive compliance culture within the Bank through advice, communication and training.
\xc2\xb7 Assist the Front Office in account opening process through the conduct of due diligence searches and refresh due diligence searches.
\xc2\xb7 Execute ongoing name screening controls by performing names searches on compliance databases such as Worldcheck, Factiva, Google, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team.
\xc2\xb7 Undertake any duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Preferably university degree
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or client on-boarding function, including exposure in the private wealth environment.
- Should possess good analytical skills and able to independently perform in-depth analysis on name screening matters, including assessment and dismissal on name screening results.
- Good knowledge of common IT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good working knowledge of English and Chinese

Working hours: office hours mon-fri
