:
- Maintain and update nominal roll for smooth execution of welfare initiatives
- Assist with the award nomination process \xe2\x80\x93 i.e. collating of inputs from various stakeholders, monitoring of time-line
- Administering of HR system to ensure timely update of employee information
- Assist department to procure goods and services in accordance with government instruction manual
- Monitor progress of procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and contract implementation
- To ensure payments are processed promptly
- Ad-hoc duties
