Reporting to the Vice President, you will be involved in the pre and post contracts management process. Your responsibilities could include: Drafting of tender documents, tender evaluation and providing recommendations to clients Review and implement contract administration procedures and policies Verify and certify claims submitted by Contractors Produce quantity measurements, bills of quantities, cost estimates and soucing for quotations when required Provide support to the bidding team to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bidsRequirements & Attributes Degree in Building / Project and Facilities Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent At least 5 years in Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management / Projects Management Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team Good communication and writing skills Working location: Buona Vista
