& Requirements Support line management with responsibility for organising and maintaining logs and files (both in terms of a central database and hard copy filing systems) in a systematic manner to allow for easy access. Post client contract award, preparation of prequalification and RFQs for low risk and/or small-size contracts, independently. Lead negotiations and manage low risk contracts. Exposure to negotiations and drafting of medium risk contracts. Drafting of internal approval sheet and obtaining the various levels of approval for all contracts. Post award subcontract management, drafting and/or review and approval of subcontract notices, amendments, change requests and change orders formalization of subcontract closeout. Industry & Project Execution Knowledge A preference for upstream oil and gas experience working for owner and contractor organisations in a project delivery environment. Construction contracts experience An understanding of technical, commercial, contractual and execution risk in a construction contracts environment and the inter relationships and trade offs between each of these aspects. Engineering, commissioningprocurement, fabrication, offshore construction and installation and commissioning, Planning and scheduling Understand how a project team is organised and the inter relationship between the various project functions and with corporate legal, insurance and finance groups Legal and Contractual Knowledge Understand the basics of the legal system with a focus on common law jurisdictions \xe2\x80\x93 How laws are made, and rights enforced Understand the law of tort and civil wrongs and the impact on contractual relationships Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of contract law

Law and contract law as part of academic studies is preferred. MRICS, MCIArb, SCL is an advantage Very high level of written and spoken English. Able to draft clear and concise correspondence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum 7 years relevant experience
