Job Description

:

\xc2\xb7 Provide full administrative support to the Sales department and logistics Department.

\xc2\xb7 Perform data entry, documentation, printing, billings, and filling duties.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a proper filing and document control system for recording and tracking documents.

\xc2\xb7 In charge of order processing for the e-commerce platform and or from the respective sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Work closing with administrative team members, finance, and logistics team HODs internally.

\xc2\xb7 Directly reporting to Head of Administration and Operation, and respective Sales Managers.

\xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Prefer to have candidates with relevant experiences.

\xc2\xb7 Able to start work immediately/ Able to quickly adapt to new environments.

\xc2\xb7 Bilingual speaking

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate, independent & responsible

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated

\xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented

\xc2\xb7 Able to work on Sunday (Work from Home basis on Sunday- half day)
