Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of various airside projects, including those with round-the-clock operations.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction by fostering strong client relationships and comprehending their requirements, preferences, and performance benchmarks.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and relevant government bodies regarding on-site activities.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, and furnish reports on site progress and observations.
• Act as a standby or substitute when project personnel are unavailable.
• Manage operational schedules for all projects within your purview.
• Conduct site visits across multiple locations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform thorough quality assessments of completed tasks.
• Develop and execute project budgets in accordance with plans.
• Be ready to engage in hands-on tasks in the absence of assigned project staff.
• Regularly update the Project Manager and other pertinent managers on project advancements.
• Manage and uphold workplace safety and health standards throughout project operations.
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure adherence to safety and health protocols.
• Organize and lead safety and health awareness meetings to promote a culture of safety.
• Authorize permits to work for all project-related activities, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
• Apply for airport passes, permits, driving exams, and tests for staff whenever required.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a supervisory capacity.
• At least 5 years\' experience specifically in airside operations.
• A background of at least 3 years as a safety personnel in construction and airside projects.
• Must possess "Advanced certificate in workplace safety & health - Level B."
• Proficiency with all airside routes and terminals is essential.
• Familiarity with weeding operations and maintenance services at Changi Airport.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks whenever its required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and weekends, predominantly during weekend night shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.

Salary Range

$4,000 - $4,800
