Job description 1

The person in this role will be responsible to manage Employee Experience projects throughout the entire project lifecycle independently and occasionally in collaboration with a Project Leader. The majority of the projects involve small to medium sized local/regional survey projects for clients from various industries, and assist lead project managers from other countries on large global and complex projects. The ideal candidate should have project management related experience. Responsibilities of an Associate Consultant include but are not limited to the below:

Role & Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional client interactions through seamless delivery of Korn Ferry (KF) projects to clients across the APAC region.
  • Lead project execution as part of the Delivery team on multiple client-facing projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
  • Lead regular client-facing project calls (drive preparation, agenda, meeting notes).
  • Work closely together with the client on project phases and key decision making through guidance, training, and advisement on best practices. Act as an expert in the field of conducting Employee Experience / Employee Engagement projects based on KF framework, practice, and thought leadership in alignment with the project senior consultant.
  • Based on the Scope of Work, create and maintain project plans with detailed timelines.
  • Manage the production of all client deliverables and act as a central coordinator for all requests and activities to deliver successfully to the client.
  • Monitor and manage the project budget, costs, schedule and performance of agreed project components. Communicate with key stakeholders on the project status.
  • Support the project senior consultant on project advisory services (i.e. project design, communication design, reporting design, result interpretation and sharing). Coordinate materials production for advisory service deliveries.
  • Partner with consultants to support business development and delivery colleagues to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business from an expert perspective.
  • Provide quality assurance oversight for project. Manage and communicate risks, putting in place appropriate contingency actions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources / Business Management / Social Science, Psychology, or related.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in project management and/or in the field of Employee Experience/Employee Engagement, with an understanding of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint, at an intermediate level.
  • Ideal candidate has experience in working in inhouse HR or management consulting firm.
  • Fluent in English. Any other language is an added advantage.

  • Ability to hold informed and credible discussions with clients and consultants at all levels articulating how Korn Ferry can help address the client\'s issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization, both internally and with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities.
  • Able to proactively and effectively manage own time.
  • Willingness to adhere to established processes while keeping an eye for opportunities to improve or develop processes, structures, and systems.
  • Business skills and aptitudes necessary to accurately manage project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing and collections.
  • Comfort in working with teams from diverse backgrounds (e.g., race, gender, orientation, cultural, etc.).
