Job Description

:



Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Service teams. Handle customer enquiries and assist in providing effective solutions. Assist in preparing sales orders, quotations, and billing upon project completion. Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on schedules and project progress to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with internal departments such as Service and Logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Perform other office duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or coordination. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Diploma in any field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Willing to work at Tuas Industrial area.
