Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Copywriter with a Food Science background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can blend scientific accuracy with engaging storytelling, making complex food-related concepts accessible and persuasive. You will develop content across multiple brands, ensuring clarity, credibility, and appeal in all communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling copy for websites, social media, product descriptions, brochures, press releases, and other marketing materials. Translate technical food science concepts into engaging, market-friendly content tailored for different audiences. Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and clients to create impactful campaigns. Research industry trends, competitor messaging, and scientific advancements in aquaculture, raw food ingredients, and ready-to-eat meals. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms. Adapt content for both B2B and B2C communications, maintaining an engaging yet informative approach. Proofread and edit materials for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in copywriting, preferably in the FMCG, food, or aquaculture industries. Strong understanding of food ingredients, processing, and regulatory standards. Ability to write with both scientific precision and marketing creativity. Excellent research skills and adaptability to different brand tones and styles. Experience in SEO writing and digital content strategy is a plus. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
