Nokia Cloud Network Services (CNS) Asia Pacific Global Business Center is seeking a Core Solution Consultant in Vietnam to provide proactive and close customer engagement for all Vietnam Telecom Service Providers in order to identify and develop potential sales opportunities and build customer relationships as a trusted domain expert partner. What you will learn and contribute to As the Core Solution Consultant, you will: Fundamentally provide in-depth technical leadership and expertise, develop domain specific solutions and architecture to support complex deals either in standalone or in multi-Business Group opportunities Help to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in key accounts/customer engagements Provide all the necessary proactive technical presales support to the Market Units to meet the assigned OI (Order Intake) and revenue targets Bring and maintain technical expertise in CNS Core products and solutions involving Core Portfolio Lead CNS customer facing technical engagements, understanding customer business, technical and operational paint points, requirements and KPI's (use cases, integration points, etc.) and provide subject matter expertise on complex cross-domain solutions Develop deep understanding of key technology trends (standards, industry events, etc.) Establish trusting relationship with customer working level stakeholders that provide recommendations to the C-level technical decision makers, to align on technology needs and roadmaps and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities Lead discussions on technical requirements and gaps with Product Managers and System Engineers to ensure customer commitments can be met, during pre-sales engagements and to make sure products and services roadmap align with customers' mid to long-term needs Collaborate in technical discussions with other Nokia Business Groups and 3rd parties to provide adequate E2E solution to customers. Document end-to-end architecture including Nokia and 3rd party products, associated interfaces and any adaptations needed, to guide the pre-sales engagement and offers Support the sales team in complex technical discussions and solutions/architecture presentation to customers Participate in periodic reviews with Product Managers and Global teams to align on market technology trends Guide offer solution strategy for complex cross-domain offers, working with solution architects and specialists as required Collaborate with the broader Nokia and partners to design joint solutions and support joint sales engagements Strictly adhere to the published Nokia Sell and CNS Core processes Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time Develop strategy and Account Plan plans for key accounts. Continuously generate strong pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned quota(s). Represent Nokia in a professional and an ethical manner Travel to customer meetings and related business activities can be up to 2 to 3 days a week in assigned territory and may vary depending on the opportunities Your skills and experience You have: Minimum 10 years of work experience in the telecommunications domain particularly on the core network for 4G/LTE, IMS/VoLTE and SIP Boarder control technology Intimate technical knowledge of technical knowledge of Mobile and Fixed telco networks and protocols Degree holder of any of these sciences/fields: Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering Understanding of Telecom software e.g. 3G/4G/ 5G Core Network solutions and related software portfolio for e.g. IMS, Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi), Voice over New Radio (VoNR), Subscriber Data Management (SDM), Signaling, Network Exposure Functions (NEF), telco NFVI & Virtualization Ability to articulate the value proposition of Cloud Native technology, open telco infrastructure (NFVI) architecture and platform agnostic Core software Network functions (NFs) Ability to discuss detailed technical issues with customers and management Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required It would be nice if you also had: Strong interpersonal capabilities and customer intimacy Creative out of the box' thinker Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed What we offer Nokia offers flexible and hybrid working schemes, continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered.
