Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
• Strategically, build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts
• Sell our fitness solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment through our membership, sports and team building offerings
• Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
• Skillfully deliver corporate presentations using inside sales best practices
• Comfortably build business relationship with corporate executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations
• Consistently exceed your monthly and quarterly sales quota
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
• Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a team player

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience at account executive or similar level
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate a point of view with confidence and an eye for what makes a great story
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads
• An interest in Sports and Fitness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A good work ethic, flexibility and enthusiasm to deliver high level performance, resulting to a MOM and YOY business growth.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
