Zagro also distributes pharmaceutical raw materials and products for public health.In line with our aggressive growth, we are now looking for an energetic, driven and highly competent professional who is passionate and committed to join our growing talent pool and make a difference to the success and future of our Group.Corporate Administrative AssistantBase: SingaporeResponsibilities: Performs basic accounting duties such as maintaining petty cash, checking expense claims etc. Provide administrative and secretarial support to CFO such as arrangement of meetings/travels and assist on the guided corporate secretarial and banking matters Handle general office administrative duties such as office facilities management, upkeep record of company related licenses, arrangement of courier and or hand delivery, procurement and upkeep office supplies / stationeries & etcs Performs any other ad-hoc duties as deem fit from time to timeRequirements: "O" Level or its equivalent with office administrative experience Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills Good working attitude and versatile Pro-active, organize and sense of responsibility IT savvy with good working knowledge in MS office Candidates with accounting knowledge will be an advantage
