About Our Client

The client is an insurance MNC headquartered in Australia with a growing presence in more than 27 countries. They specialize in international insurance and reinsurance with a drive to help businesses manage risks.

• Create and drive engaging internal communications for company across Asia channels - Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, working with the Head of Communications and Marketing.
• Write creative and relevant communication materials across Asia channels for company's website, newsletters and social media to drive engagement and/or company's brand strategy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the team's marketing strategies to deliver on business strategies and goals.
• Promote and expand company's brand to existing and potential employees through marketing collaterals, company townhalls, award recognition, storytelling and recruitment roadshows.
• Stay updated with current trends on effective communication tools and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate and maintain relationships with Asia Committee members, HR and department leads.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns to raise awareness and engagement of the company's brand.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic internal communications management.
• Knowledge of the general insurance industry is a plus.
• Excellent communications and writing skills are required to write marketing collaterals with a compelling story line to attract audiences and liaise with clients.
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills are required as the candidate would have to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in the Asia team such as Hong Kong.
• Excellent event planning, organization, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
