Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be driving the strategy and implementation of business communications for the company. :

• Execute internal and external communications initiatives to increase employee engagement and branding of the company
• Curate stories / case studies to increase internal and external awareness of initiatives undertaken by the company such as community and sustainability projects, transformational programmes etc
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop content for internal communications platforms such as company intranet, website and social media platforms
• Support PR and marketing communications projects
• Support and implement Crisis Management protocol
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and prepare integrated communications and marketing campaigns materials
• Conceptualize and implement CSR programmes that inspire employee volunteerism and internal communications to drive engagement
• Work with potential industry partners to plan and support events and activities that are aligned to the company and customer engagement strategy and objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimally 4 years\' experience in corporate communications and CSR
• Experience in the maritime/shipping industry will be a bonus
• Highly proficient in the English language, both verbal and written
• Enthusiastic and high energy
• Enjoys working with people, proactive, a team player who can also work independently
• Able to work in fast pace environment
